The Company

Our client is a not-for-profit in the health sector and currently they are on a journey to comprehensively improve their service offering. The organisation has a number of specialised services and products to their customers and community. Our client is now looking build upon their existing CRM through multiple optimization initiatives and as such, an opportunity for a Business Analysts/Product Owner to commence scoping the vision and roadmap has presented itself.

The Role

Reporting directly into the Project Manager, the role will require you develop the vision, roadmap and capability of both the CRM and the Customer Service Team function. Specifically, you will;

  • Assess the current state of the CRM to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and insights upon the CRM portfolio.
  • Develop and assist in the management of new CRM concepts.
  • Utilise System Design Thinking and Human Centered Design Principles to align with customer centric designs for optimal user experience.
  • Work directly with the users to test the quality of new product releases.
  • Analyse usage patterns and cleanse data to build concept viability.
  • Manage and engage with both vendors and non-technical stakeholders.

Your Profile

The successful candidate will have solid Business Analyst foundations and they will have been a CRM Product Owner previously. You will relish the opportunity to be part of such an influential organisation to its community and customers.

  • Experience in the end to end delivery of a CRM as a Product Owner/BA.
  • Understand the SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in process mapping, requirements gathering and documenting business improvement solutions.
  • Preferably experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Sugar CRM or Salesforce.
  • Exposure to either hospitals, clinical care, aged care or community care would be beneficial.
  • Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Sound stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
