An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dynamic Accounts Officer to join an organisation in the Construction industry. Due to the company's continually expanding client base, the company is looking for a professional and experienced individual that can adapt quickly and hit the ground running in their organisation. Their modern offices are based in Melbourne's Inner Suburbs located near public transport for your convenience.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, some of your duties will include:
- Generating Invoices
- Producing monthly financial and management reports
- Performing account reconciliations
- Conducting regular banking activities
- Managing records and receipts
- Processing payments and control expenses by processing, verifying and reconciling invoices and statements
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar Accounts Officer role and ideally you will be familiar with medium to large ERP systems. You will also have excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to take on multiple responsibilities and complete tasks with accuracy.
