The Company


Our client is a leading provider of training, assurance and consultancy to companies across the globe. They are seeking a highly skilled administrator to join their client services team.



The Role


Reporting into the Training Services Manager, as the Administrator your duties and responsibilities will include:




  • Selling training courses

  • Ensuring booking and invoices are completed

  • Client coordination for public and in-house training

  • Training event coordination and admin

  • Assisting Sales and Marketing for training, sending information / email distribution

  • Update and maintain training and client databases (on Excel and Salesforce)

  • Assist with reports preparation

  • Organsie monthly training metrics

  • Marketing information


About You


You will be an experienced administrator with at least 5 years' experience


You will have a background in selling training courses


You will be very quick at learning new systems


You will ideally have experience in project administration


You will be proactive and willing to get involved


You will use your initiative in all aspects of your work
