This is an organization within the Energy sector based in CBD. With several sites across Melbourne, this role may include some travel. Their offices are based in the heart of Melbourne's CBD with impressive offices and great company culture.
The Role is to provide Administrative Assistance across all the Victorian Sites. The successful applicant MUST be proficient in SAP, and be systems savvy. The role involves high customer service and correspondence to all levels of the organization.
Key Skills include:
- Having minimum of 3+ experience in Administration
- Highly Proficient in SAP
- Have a superior attention to detail
- Be able to multi-task and be a quick learner
- Have outstanding written and commination skills
- Reporting and document management
- High level of Customer Service
- Be able to hit the ground running with any ad-hoc administration
Your will be a highly skilled administrator with the ability to multi task. You will be system savvy and proficient in SAP. The right personality will be someone who doesn't take themselves too seriously but can work autonomously to complete the day to day administrative tasks. An enthusiastic attitude is a must in this position. You will have 2 - 3 years in a similar role.
