The Role

Your role as an Administration Assistant is ensure all administrative functions are done for the finance team and wider office the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following;
* Experience managing accounts
* Answering client queries
* Doing technical tickets
* Experience with ticketing systems like Connect Wise
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite


Your Profile

My client is looking for you to be able to become part of a close team and add great value to the office in an administrative capacity. You will be someone who can multitask and prioritize jobs across two different teams effectively and efficiently. To be successful you must be able to demonstrate strong technical capabilities when picking up systems and have a strong eye for attention to detail.
