Your role as an Administration Assistant is ensure all administrative functions to support the team and wider office. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following;
* Experience managing accounts
* Answering client queries
* Handle technical tickets in a timely manner
* Experience with ticketing systems
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite
My client is looking for you to be able to become part of a close team and add great value to the office in an administrative capacity. To be successful you must be able to demonstrate strong technical capabilities when picking up systems and have a strong eye for attention to detail.
