As the Administration Assistant it is your job to ensure all staff receive a high level of support so that the business runs smoothly.
The main duties day to day will be;
* Assisting the HR Manager with process
* Coordinating meetings
* Travel bookings
* Petty cash and account reconciliation
* Arranging catering for meetings, functions and events
* Filling, scanning and ordering stationary
* Mail and reception duties when required
* Helping put together employee contracts
You are an ambitious hard worker with strong administrative background.
