This company is seeking an experienced ASIC Administration Assistant. This position would be providing end to end administration support reporting into the Office Manager.
Key Accountabilities include;
- Administration support including writing up reports and preparation of invoices
- Preparing ASIC and ATO documentation
- Liaising across all levels of the business
- Gathering and collating information
- Answering calls and queries, monitoring correspondence
- Maintaining and updating CRM systems
- Diary management
You will be proficient within Microsoft Suite and have a 3 years of proven office support experience. You will ideally have experience in the Finance Industry. You will have a can do attitude and a proactive working attitude.
