Robert Half is currently recruiting for multiple Accounts Payable Officer roles based in the CBD, Inner and Western Suburbs. All roles have an immediate start and vary in length of assignment from 2 weeks to 4+ months.
To be shortlisted for these roles it is essential you have 3+ years' experience in end to end Accounts Payable. It is also essential you have proven experience using large ERP system such as - SAP, Great Plains, Dynamics, Oracle, etc.
Reporting to the Manager, duties will include but are not limited to:
- Processing and coding of invoices daily
- Resolving supplier queries
- Preparing weekly, fortnightly, monthly payment runs
- Vendor creation/ maintenance
- Account reconciliations
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Managing staff expense claims
- Company Credit Card reconciliations
- Ah-hoc duties as requested by management
To be successful, you will be an immediately available, proactive and experienced Accounts Payable Officer who is able to work autonomously or as part of a team. Proven experience using large ERP systems is vital coupled with an intermediate level of Excel.
