Robert Half is currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer in the Inner Suburbs. This role is initially 3 months, with the potential to extend on a permanent, part time basis.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your main duties and responsibilities are:
* Full function Accounts Payable processing
* Executing EFT and cheque payments weekly
* Data entry
* Managing petty cash
* Answering any queries and assisting other finance teams
To be successful in this role you will have 3 years end-to-end accounts payable experience. You must be hardworking, have strong communication skills, and be immediately available. The successful candidate must have strong Excel skills and experience using large ERP systems.
