Robert Half is currently recruiting for an experienced accounts payable officer to join an innovative and fast growing business services company in the CBD. The organization boasts modern corporate offices with stunning views of the CBD.
Reporting to Accounts Payable Manager, your duties will include:
- Matching, batching and processing invoices.
- Processing cheque and EFT payments
- Account reconciliations
- Preparing Accounts Payable reports
- Assisting with month end reporting
To be successful, you possess at least 2 years' experience in a similar role within an Accounts Payable Team will have worked within a similar busy environment and have a proven track record with speed and accuracy within your work. You will have strong excel skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using a large ERP is advantageous for this role.
