Robert Half is currently recruiting for a skilled Accounts Officer to immediately join a fast and motivated finance team working out of an office based within the CBD. This is a 3 month Contract Position, interviews ASAP.
Reporting to the Financial Accountant, your duties will include:
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Processing end to end Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable - processing invoices and incoming payment allocations
- Excellent time management skills
- Capability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
To be successful, you will have 3+ years' experience in a similar Accounts controller role. You will have excellent communication/interpersonal skills, a high level of attention to detail and a customer service approach to work. Experience Using Large ERP Systems (SAP, GreatPlains, Oracle etc.) is essential for this role as well as Advanced MS Excel skills is essential.
