Robert Half is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a large non-profit organisation based on the city fringe. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive finance team on a 6-month contract basis.
Reporting to the Manager, your duties will include:
* Process daily banking transactions
* Daily cash Reporting
* Raising Invoices
* Monthly credit reporting
* Review of staff expense transactions
* Managing company Credit card
* Month End Financial Reporting
* Monthly accruals
* Managing Fixed asset register
To be successful, you will have 3+ years' experience in a similar accounting role with proven experience using large ERP systems (Great Plains, Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, JDE). Intermediate Excel skills is also essential. You will have a strong customer service approach to work coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a high level of attention to detail.
