Robert Half is currently recruiting for a skilled Accounts officer to immediately join a fast-growing and motivated finance team based in the CBD. This will be a 3 month contract, with interviews starting ASAP.
Reporting to the Manager, your duties will include:
- To support the Accounts Receivable Officers with accounting and administrative duties
- Answering and resolving customer queries
- Manage the Accounts Receivable mailbox
- Sending copies of invoices
- Bank Reconciliations
- Ad hoc administrative duties when the team needs assistance
To be successful, you will have 3+ years' experience in a similar Accounts Administrator role. You will have excellent communication/interpersonal skills, a high level of attention to detail and a customer service approach to work. Large ERP system skills (Oracle & NetSuite) as well as intermediate Excel skills is essential.
