Technical Customer Success Officer

The Customer Success Officer will be responsible for account management, all BAU quotes/product & service proposals and maintaining relationships with existing customers via regular meetings. Specifically your role is pivotal in supporting and driving the customer's success program and overseeing all workflow quotations and ongoing project proposals. This is a broad role where you will be required to internally work closely with the Business Development and Service Delivery Manager and to some capacity work as a Technical Account Officer.
Although this is not a technical role, having a good technical understanding or experience of working in a similar environment is key.
