  • High Volume Calls - must speak clear English and be able to deal with very frustrated clients
  • Level one support for Telstra customers, business to business and business to customer
  • MAC Moves, coordinating Moves Adds Changes (MACS) for mobiles and fixed lines
  • Sim replacements for mobiles
  • Tickets may include: general service inquiries, connection issues, device replacements.
  • Extensive customer service experience
