Our client is one of Australia's leading law firms, with 12 satellite offices located in the Australia & New Zealand region. You will be working alongside and supporting over 220 users in the Sydney office including corporate users, solicitors, lawyers and executives.
This is a very broad desktop support position, in which you will be supporting all internal users (solicitors, lawyers, HR team & executives) in the Sydney office, primarily face-to-face, with some remote support also required.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have exceptional customer service skills as you deal with a range of personalities with differing levels of technical ability when it comes to IT.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have 1-2 years experience in a similar IT support role (help desk, desktop support, service desk).
Experience working in a professional services environment (i.e. finance, banking, law) is beneficial.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Macquarie Park offering a generous remuneration package of $50-60k (including super).
