Customer Service Representative

Our client is a growing company in the insurance industry that is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work on a full time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a strong interpersonal and organizational skills to apply.
Your fit within the role will be dependent on your proven customer service experience with key responsibilities including:
· Liaise with Suppliers, Subcontractors and the internal team
· Engage, coordinate and manage trades during the repair process
· Coordinate access to properties with insured owners
· Admin duties: insurance claim, drafting contracts, process quotes
· Support and assist supervisors
To be successful in the role, you will be someone with strong customer service and time management. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, proactive and positive approach to work and tasks.
