Your role as Administration Assistant reports to the office manager.
You will be joining and working collaboratively with a young, hardworking and passionate team. Day to day you will be expected to prioritise daily tasks and complete any administrative duties from directing incoming calls to updating and creating client portfolios.
To be a successful in this role you will have proven industry experience working in a financial firm in an administration capacity. You must be hard working, logical and practical with all decision making, a reliable member of the team.
