Robert Half is recruiting on behalf of a well-known and respected Services organisation who offer a supportive and dynamic work environment with a strong focus on staff development. They are located in Inner West offices close to public transport and with street parking available. Due to a resignation they require an experienced Payroll officer to join them with an immediate start. This will be a temporary role for 6 months then will be made a permanent role with strong performance.
As the successful candidate you will report directly into a friendly and supportive Payroll Manager and will perform duties that include:
- Processing a fortnightly and monthly payroll for 2500+ employees,
- Accurately delivering payroll under multiple EBA's,
- Setting up new starters and finishers,
- Processing timesheets,
- Preparation of month end reports,
- Calculations of superannuation and annual leave,
- Responding to payroll queries.
Ideally you will be a tenured Payroll Officer who has experience working within an end to end role. High levels of accuracy are essential, as well as the ability to work well within tight deadlines and with ever changing priorities. While experience using Chris21 is highly advantageous we are able to consider other large ERP experience. You must be immediately available to start work.
