The Role

You will be joining a small team providing Level 1/2 technical support with internal customers across Australia, Technologies include:



- Strong Microsoft Knowledge

- Active Directory

- ITILv4 , VM Ware

- Windows server 2008, Windows 7

- TCP/IP Networking Knowledge


- SOP Updating

- Windows OS System & Mac OS.

Your Profile

If you have had 2 years (or more) experience in a Help Desk/Service Desk role and you're immediately available for a contract CALL ME as soon as possible !
