You will be joining a small team providing Level 1/2 technical support with internal customers across Australia, Technologies include:
- Strong Microsoft Knowledge
- Active Directory
- ITILv4 , VM Ware
- Windows server 2008, Windows 7
- TCP/IP Networking Knowledge
- MCP MCSE MCITP
- SOP Updating
- Windows OS System & Mac OS.
