Our client is an exciting and progressive Retail organization currently going through a great expansion and consolidating a new structure. Their operations in Australia have been growing year on year and their revenue is progressing strongly. This newly created role will be a Senior Financial Analyst working very closely with the senior stakeholders within the organization and business partnering with different division heads across NSW. They are looking for a top talented individual with a mindset that will help drive and continue the success they have recently experienced. The Role

This role is designed for someone who is a strong business partner, who can think more broadly about the company and see the entire picture of the business. This role will be exposed to many senior members of the company and will be liaising with multiple levels of stakeholders. You will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing the finances and looking after the P&L for a specific division
  • Offer advice, knowledge and ideas on how to improve the development of the organization
  • Project based tasks such as implementations of new systems
  • A strong focus in budgeting and forecasting
  • Partnering with Sales & Marketing teams

Your Profile

We are very much looking for a forward thinking individual who will be able to look at every aspect of the business with a broad perspective. Someone with a 'hands on' approach to work and influence many different people of all levels. In addition you will:

  • Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be locally CA/CPA qualified
  • Ideally be experienced in a product based background
  • Be able to work autonomously
  • Be a creative thinker
