The Role

Prepare to be challenged by a role where no two days are ever the same. Your special administrative experience will see you involved in everything from preparing and processing invoices, answering phones and enquiries, ad-hoc administration and banking duties..

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong work ethic & reliability
  • Extensive administration experience (at least three years) preferably in the health or medical fields
  • Excellent organisational skills and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • High level of time management & ability to multi-task
  • Strong communication skills both written & verbal
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • A professional & friendly approach to customer service
  • Ability to work well as part of a small busy team environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
