You will be working across a Windows and Mac environment supporting Microsoft Technologies and have a solid technical background, enjoy working with people and interacting with the business. We are looking energetic and quick thinkers who are happy to offer phone and face to face customer service to all users within the business.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting and troubleshooting various Microsoft technologies at Level's 1 & some Level 2;
* Face-to-face, remote and call support across desktops, peripherals, various internal business application support.
* Responding to tickets promptly through excellent customer service;
* Working across: Active Directory, Windows 10, Office 365, Exchange
* Experience with Service Now ticket management is highly desirable
There are two open positions and pay offered will be dependent on experience. One role will be based on a Level 1/2 support position and the second role will be based on a level 2/3 support position.
The organisation is located near Ashfield and there is onsite parking available.
You will need to complete a working with children's check for this position.
You must have outstanding customer service as well as excellent written and verbal communications skills to be able to perform in this role. In return you will be rewarded with a fun working environment with the opportunity to develop your skill as a Service Desk Analyst.
