As a Senior Desktop Support Engineer working for an energetic and growing company, you will be required to support the user base of the business by establishing and maintaining internal processes and procedures. You will also be providing 1st/2nd line support and occasional 3rd line assistance and advice to users on both existing and new services.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Desktop support role -Knowledge of SCCM
- -Experience with Citrix -Experience in ITSM ticket management systems -Proficient with using Windows 7 & 8/Office 2010+/Microsoft Outlook 2013 -Proven experience with Active Directory -Exchange administration
It would also be advantageous to have;
- Degree in Computer Science or Technology -Industry Qualification or equivalent (MCSE, MCITP, ITIL v3) -Experience of providing mobile device support
