The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant for the Finance & Accounting team, in addition to dealing with existing clients, you will be tasked with adding to your portfolio of clients through business development activities.

Our Recruitment Consultants operate a 360° methodology whereby you be responsible for:

  • Building solid and long lasting relationships with hiring managers throughout Perth, to understand weaknesses and areas of opportunities in departments and be able to offer resources and solutions to best match the culture
  • Learning the employment market in Australia and being able to gauge industry growth and consult with your client base and candidates on market trends
  • Development of strategies and thinking outside of the box recruit the highest calibre of candidates
  • You will educate and offer support & coaching to candidates to ensure expectations are set, communication is clear so they have the highest chance of landing that dream job!

To become a successful Recruitment Consultant at RH you will be exceptionally driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record of achievement.
