They seek a Corporate Receptionist on a permanent basis due to growth. The role

Not only will you be the face of the company, the first impression guests get when they walk through the door, you will also be accountable for the following;

  • First contact for all guests who arrive for meetings
  • Managing a busy switchboard and introducing calls
  • Receiving in mail and organizing couriers out
  • Full diary management of the meeting rooms
  • Preparing refreshments for guests
  • Assistance with ad hoc office responsibilities

You profile

As well as demonstrating the above experience, your soft skills will include;

  • Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly organized and the ability to juggle conflicting priorities
  • Previous experience in a corporate, high level reception role
  • And lastly, you will be confident, outgoing and enjoy an interactive work environment
