- Supplier Queries
- Extensive reconciliations of statements
- Credit card payments
- Assistance with billing
- Assisting with month-end preparation
- Adhoc project and office based administration
To be successful you will be a highly proficient Accounts Assistant that is passionate to hone their skills in this space specific to their industry. You will have strong accounts payable and high volume reconciliations skill set coupled with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
You will be a self starter, will have excellent communication skills, coupled with proven time management and high attention to detail.
