We are looking for your phenomenal Team Leader experience. Our client is a highly reputable Not-for-Profit organisation offering an exciting opportunity with a supportive working environment and team. Reporting into the Head of Finance you will have the opportunity to boost your career growth and development within this fantastic finance team.



The Role


As the Transactional Team Leader, you will be focusing on ensuring that the team operates efficiently and effectively whilst providing a high-level of customer service to all stakeholders. You will be responsible for checking the Financial and Payroll transactions are accurately processed within prescribed timeframes to business objectives and comply with legislative, regulatory and contract compliance frameworks. Managing the Transaction Operations team, you will be consistently providing specialist advice to the team on technical payroll and processing requirements including employee entitlements, taxation salary packaging and policy interpretation.



The role is focused on driving continuous improvement to deliver improved controls and cost benefits whilst supporting the effective operations of the organisation



Your Skills



  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role

  • Experience in managing and developing transactional staff

  • Proven track record in managing multiple issues under tight timeframes

  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
