Your role will involve the remote support of client IT needs, including networking, desktops, servers, virtual and cloud environments. This role is a perfect opportunity to grow and develop in a fast paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing priority 1 tickets
- Delivering infrastructure and cloud based problem-solving
- Solving technical problems
- Responding to support issues
Experience in a Managed Services Provider is ideal, including experience with:
- Office 365
- Active Directory
- General PC and network infrastructure
- Server builds
You will be a fantastic team player, have great communication skills and understand that customer service is paramount.
