The Role

Your role will involve the remote support of client IT needs, including networking, desktops, servers, virtual and cloud environments. This role is a perfect opportunity to grow and develop in a fast paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing priority 1 tickets
  • Delivering infrastructure and cloud based problem-solving
  • Solving technical problems
  • Responding to support issues

Your Profile

Experience in a Managed Services Provider is ideal, including experience with:

  • Office 365
  • Active Directory
  • General PC and network infrastructure
  • Server builds

You will be a fantastic team player, have great communication skills and understand that customer service is paramount.
