Assisting the Talent Acquisition Manager in end-to-end recruitment and administration, your role will be vital to the ongoing recruitment within the organisation. Some of your tasks and responsibilities include:
- Taking down job briefs
- End-to-End recruitment
- Phone screen candidates
- Coordinate interviews
- Coordinate interstate assessment centres
- Assist with the assessment centre processes
- Posting job ads on multiple platforms
- Conduct reference checks, vevo and police checks to verify candidate eligibility
- Assist with coordinating contracts and offers
- Stakeholder management
- Additional ad-hoc tasks as per required
You will be someone who has experience working under pressure and in a very fast paced environment. Your work ethic is second to none as you approach each day with a proactive outlook and each tasks with equal tenacity. You need to be personable, focused, professional and have a strong eye for attention to detail to succeed in this position.
