Our client is a prestigious private school in Melbourne's Inner Suburbs who are seeking an experienced temporary receptionist to assist them immediately.
Reporting directly to the Office Manager and working on the reception desk, your role will involve:
- Switchboard Management
- Management of Reception
- Co-ordinating meetings and managing meeting rooms
- Meet and greet clients
- General Administration
- Distributing all incoming mail
You MUST have a Working With Children's Check
You will be a highly organized and professional Receptionist. You will have a bright personality and have the ability to interact with many different types of clients.
Previous switchboard experience will be highly beneficial! The right candidate will have the ability to multi task and work in a busy environment. You will have a proactive attitude with a 'hands on' approach. This is a temporary opportunity!
