Our client is a growing healthcare organisation spread across Metro and Regional Victoria and they are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their Parkville office 2 days a week for an ongoing temporary position.
This position is 8:45am to 5pm Mondays and Wednesdays.
Duties and Responsibilities;
- Taking inbound calls
- Booking and scheduling appointments
- Creating and distributing training material
- Filing and archiving documents
- Email and correspondence management
- Ad hoc duties as required
You will be an experienced receptionist with at least 2 years exp.
You will be organised and have excellent time management skills.
You will be proficient in MS Suite
You MUST be proficient in Skype for Business
