This will involve a major business transformation with a focus on workforce transition, systems and process implementation, and service delivery. The Property Coordinator is a key member of the shared services team and reports to the Fleet and Asset Manager. You will be responsible for coordinating the day to day maintenance and repairs of 200+ newly acquired sites. This charity has recently grown significantly in size and there are lots of opportunities throughout the business. In this role you will need to respond quickly to the needs of the business and working closely with your team.
