The Company

Our client is an educational organisation that provides multiple specialised services to their customers. This establishment ultimately creates a product that has an international impact. Our client strives to offer a first-class customer experience and as such a new Contact Centre solution will be implemented imminently. This initiative has created a need for a Project Manager to facilitate the overall roll out of the new solution.

The Role

Reporting directly into the IT Manager, the role will require you to manage the vendor and alignment to key business deliverables. You will;

  • Manage the vendor and implementation of the Contact Centre from end to end.
  • Understand and instill the businesses expectations of the Contact Centre solution and customer experience to the vendor.
  • Build and execute the change management and communication strategy.
  • Manage all the key stakeholders both internally and externally by maintaining visibility at all times of each others' expectations.
  • Close out the continuous improvement register.

To be the successful candidate you will have impressive Project Management experience in multiple Contact Centre implementations. You will have;

  • Experience in the end to end implementation of Contact Centre solutions.
  • An understanding of a customer experience map and aligning the Contact Centre solution roll-out accordingly.
  • Experience in deploying either on-premise or cloud contact center telephony solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • An ability to forge and deploy a change management strategy.
  • Experience with AI or virtual chat bots would be highly beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in either Avaya or 8x8 would be favorable.
