Robert Half is currently recruiting for an experienced Administration Officer, with good knowledge of the Procurement and Logistics sector, to join a growing global distribution company.
Reporting to the team leader, your duties will include:
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Liaising with suppliers
- Manage Customer Orders
- Maintaining accurate shipping registers
- Raising and distributing logistics reports
- Raising invoices
To be successful, you will have experience of procurement, international logistics, transport, warehousing and distribution from an administration or accounts payable perspective. You must have excellent communication and customer service skills and be happy dealing with suppliers and customers. You will also need good skills with Excel, have excellent attention to detail and fit well into a close nit team environment.
