Robert Half is currently recruiting for a rapidly expanding non for-profit organisation in Melbourne's north eastern suburbs. They are easily accessible by public transport and parking is also available. Our client are highly regarded in their field and have been in growth mode of late. This has created opportunities across the business. This position requires a quick start on a contract basis but offers strong prospects for permanency.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will provide support within the Payroll function. This role is temporary with a view for permanency and involves both challenge and variety within a growing function.
Your duties will include:
- Handling complex queries
- Daily use of ADP
- Reviewing payroll paperwork
- Processing new starters and terminations
- Timesheet processing
- Use of excel for reporting
- Payroll processing
- Initiating and supporting with process improvement
To be successful, you will be a skilled and experienced Payroll Officer with around 5 years experience. ADP systems skills would be a big advantage but is not essential. You will also be free to start quickly on an interim basis initially and should be comfortable commuting to the north eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
