Their modern offices are based in a fantastic location close to a wide selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. There is currently an exciting opportunity for a Finance Officer with SAP experience to join a dynamic team with great company culture, based in Melbourne's inner suburbs close to excellent transport links.
Reporting to the Financial Accountant, the main responsibilities of the Finance Officer would be:
o Coordination and processing of invoices and support documents
o Raising purchase orders on behalf of the finance team
o Processing of foreign currency payments
o Expense and petty cash processing using Concur
o Bank reconciliations and other month end tasks
o Other ad-hoc finance duties as required
To be successful in this role you will have previous finance experience ideally within an Accounts Payable position. You will be a hardworking professional with a great work ethic and the ability to work well within a team environment. You will have excellent time management skills to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Experience using SAP would be very highly regarded.
