Robert Half is currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Officer to start immediately in a 3 month temporary assignment, 3 days per week. Based in South Yarra, you will be responsible for the end to end payroll for approx. 300 staff.
Reporting to the manager, your duties will include:
- Processing weekly and monthly payroll for approx. 300 staff
- Processing new starters and terminations
- Processing annual leave, sick leave, etc.
- Award interpretations
- Resolving payroll related queries
- Ad-hoc duties as requested
To be successful, you will have prior experienced in a similar stand alone, end to end Payroll Officer role. Experience using large payroll system such as Chris 21, ADP, PayGlobal will be highly regarded. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal is essential.
