Robert Half are recruiting for a part time Payroll Officer to join a non-profit organisation based in Melbourne's City Fringe. The company has a friendly and laid back culture and are looking to add to an experienced Payroll Officer to their small Finance team. Reporting to the General Manager - Finance Services, the responsibilities of the Payroll Officer will include:
- Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll using HR3
- Timely and accurate record keeping of payroll transactions
- Processing superannuation, payroll tax and worker's compensation
- Assist in the preparation of employment agreements for new starters
- Providing customer service and answering payroll related queries
- Ad hoc HR administration duties
You will be an energetic, self-starter, who is innovative and process orientated to oversee the delivery of the day to day payroll and accounts administration. You will be a team player with a friendly 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to 'roll up your sleeves' when needed. You will have excellent customer service and communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
