Robert Half is currently recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic Payroll Officer to join a leading not for profit organisation based in the inner Eastern suburbs.

This is a 12 month maternity cover contract starting ASAP.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your duties will include:
* Data entry of timesheets and other payroll related data
* maintain leave records
* Dealing with payroll related queries
* Processing new starters
* Processing fortnightly payroll
* Month End process
* Preparation of files for Audit
* Ad hoc administrative and project tasks as requested
* Financial Year processes
The successful candidate with have 3+ years experienced in a similar end to end Payroll Officer position. Experience using large payroll systems such as CHRIS 21, ADP, Pay Global is essential. You will have excellent communication skills with a customer service approach to work. The ability to prioritise, manage competing demands and work in a busy office environment is also essential.
