Robert Half is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and dynamic Payroll and Accounts Officer for a company located in the Inner Suburbs. This role is a temporary position for 7 months.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include:
- Fortnightly payroll and associate requirements
- Prepare quarterly BAS including FBT & GST returns
- Distribute petty cash
- Complete Credit Card distribution and reconciliation where necessary
- Back up for Finance Team members as required
The successful candidate will be an experienced Payroll and Accounts Officer with an excellent work ethic and strong communication/ interpersonal skills. You must have at least 3 years experience as a Payroll Officer in a similar, busy position. You must have strong excel skills and experience with large ERP systems. You must have experience using ADP Payforce.
