Our client, an industry leader is currently looking for an experienced and proven Payroll & Accounts Officer to join their busy finance team on a full time basis. The company is well-known and respected in their industry and prides itself as a market leader. They are looking for a hardworking individual to join them in their head office in a fantastic Inner Suburbs location.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your main duties and responsibilities are:
- Full function payroll for approx. 350 employees
- Award and EBA interpretation
- Payroll tax
- General ledger reconciliations
- Assisting with Accounts Payable function
- Bank reconciliations
To be successful in this role you will have experience as a Payroll Officer with some Accounts experience preferably within a medium sized business. You will have excellent communication skills and experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders. You will be professional and flexible to work through major projects.
