The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will find yourself in a busy autonomous position. Some of the duties and responsibilities include:

  • End to End Accounts Receivable - Invoicing and Payments
  • Database management and administration - digital and filing
  • Facilities Management - liaising with building manager
  • Diary Management and Travel Coordination
  • Liaising with interview and external stakeholders
  • Any additional ad-hoc tasks as per required
