A leading healthcare provider who operates private hospitals and medical clinics across Australia. Due to a recent restructure within their Infrastructure team they are looking to fill a National Support Team Leader role on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery, the Support Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of Desktop Support Engineers nationally to ensure first class level of support and that both BAU and project requirements are overseen seamlessly. You will drive continuous improvement to increase efficiencies within the business and manage project resources.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain current service levels
- Reporting of SLA's, incidents, requests on a regular basis
- Ensure positive experience for internal customers
- Ensure projects and BAU tasks are resourced
- Liaise with senior stakeholders to understand pain points
This role is required to provide support outside of business hours as well as participate in our on-call roster which includes working on public holidays on a rotational basis.
You will have demonstrable experience in an IT leadership position, ideally within an enterprise environment, with a focus on excellent customer service with a high level of technical capability. You will be ITIL certified and technical experience supporting the following:
- Windows Server 2008/2012
- Active Directory and Group Policy
- MS Exchange
- PABX phone system
- Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems XP/7/8/10
Relevant tertiary qualifications and Microsoft and ITIL Foundation certifications would be an advantage.
In addition to your technical skills the role requires excellent communication skills the ability to prioritise your work.
