We are working with an established Professional Services Firm located in the Inner suburbs of Melbourne. Ongoing expansion has seen an exciting opportunity to join a an exciting dynamic organization.
Reporting to the IT Manager the role of IT Helpdesk Support will see you become an instrumental member of the team guiding internal users quickly and accurately towards workable IT Solutions. The role will require an individual who can work both as a member of a team and independently while ensuring a high attention to detail and an organized diligent approach.
You thrive being part of a team, however enjoy working individually. You present well, are approachable and possess a can-do attitude with the ability to multitask and work under pressure. You will also have a strong attention to detail and organised diligent approach.
Key Skills & Experience
- Desktop support (Windows 7, 8 and 10).
- Office 365 administration experience
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory
- SCCM and VMWARE experience
- Experience with servers and networks.
- Exposure to VPN's
- Brilliant knowledge of Microsoft Office Support and Office 365.
- Exceptional communication skills.
