The Role


This position would be providing end to end administration support within the Finance and Operations team.


Key Accountabilities include;



  • Updating customer information in internal database

  • Supporting the sales team with reporting and a range of administrative tasks

  • Order office supplies, filing, copying and being the key go-to person in the office

  • Creating onboarding processes, documentations and creating packs for new starters



About You


You will need to have at least 2 years' proven administrative experience with excellent customer service skills. It is important that you take pride in being accurate and timely when completing all tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a team player and has excellent initiative.This is a temporary to permanent opportunity therefore you MUST have unlimited working rights.
