Our client is one of the largest Healthcare providers within the health sector in Victoria. They are dedicated to improving the health and quality of lives of individuals and their families across Australia.
This is a temporary role for an initial 2 month period for an experienced HR Administrator who has exposure to contracts. Some duties and responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing information and ensuring all systems are relevant and up to date.
- Assisting HR Advisors by reviewing and preparing contracts
- Assist with onboarding and induction administration
- Ad hoc tasks as and when required
This is a temporary position
You will have excellent Administration skills
You will be proficient in MS Office; Excel, Word, Power Point
You MUST have HR Admin experience and be very comfortable in using systems
You will have experience in communicating with Internal and External Stakeholders across all levels
