An opportunity has arisen for a progressive Financial Operations Team Leader to join an established team in a newly created leadership role, working in a fast-paced environment in the services industry, based on the fringe of the city.
Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, the Financial Operations Team Leader will be working across several finance functions. The main responsibilities of the of the role will include:
- Managing the trust accounting function
- Supervise 2 staff
- High level general ledger reconciliations
- Maintain financial controls
- Assisting with audits
- Cash receipting
- Process improvement
- Managing payments to clients
- Other ad-hoc duties
You will be an experienced and self-motivated Trust Accounting/Reconciliations Team Leader who can hit the ground running and work effectively as part of a team. You will have excellent oral and written communication skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Coming from a high-volume environment would be advantageous.
