The Role

Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, this role will help ensure that all technical issues are acted upon and resolved appropriately.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving level 1 and 2 ICT issues for all staff
  • Assist staff over the phone, remotely and face to face
  • Coordinate with vendors to provide technical assistance for the internal systems/network
  • Monitor and maintain the organisations backup systems
  • Provide user training to internal and external staff

About you

A suitable candidate will have:

  • Exposure to Windows Server, VMware and Cisco networks
  • Ability to analyse business systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
  • Exceptional customer service skills and high levels of enthusiasm toward technology
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Willingness to provide on call support

Please note, this role will require a valid driving license and car, as you will be required to work across 2 locations on a rotating roster (St Kilda Road and Western suburbs)
